RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I am sure you will love this music box, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 7 days from the date you received it and I will make a full refund or exchange the product for another one. The music box must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
SHIPPING TIMES
I usually ship within 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order and receipt of payment.
Orders made out of Spain will be sent via National Post Service. Deliveries usually take:
– To Europe: 2-6 working days.
– To USA: 4-10 working days.
– Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks.
Sometimes it will take longer due to customs (3-4 weeks). You will receive a tracking number once I shipped the item. It will be delivered directly to your address. If you don’t receive the item within those days, please track the item, ask about the item in your nearest Post Office or contact me.
